Free recycling collection in Mayo
WEEE Ireland and Tesco today announced their schedule of collection of electrical and electronic equipment days for the summer months. Free recycling events are scheduled in the following Mayo stores: Tesco Castlebar on Saturday June 30; Tesco Claremorris and Tesco Ballinrobe on Saturday July 14.

Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government Phil Hogan has launched a new campaign to remind everyone to “Bring Batteries Back”, a nationwide initiative to encourage more battery recycling in Ireland.
